The order did show up eventually, but it took longer than I expected. What annoyed me most was how vague everything was, they kept saying it would be handled “soon” or that I’d get an update, but nothing was really clear. Support took a while to respond too, so the whole thing just felt frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order from them again

I ordered from KST Kustoms and the item itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping took way too long. I barely got any updates, so I was just left sitting around wondering what was going on. Not the worst experience ever, but whoever runs this really needs to get the shipping and communication figured out

I looked through kstkustoms.com i was already kind of tired of comparing services and trying to figure out what’s actually worth it. The prices just felt too high for what was being offered. Maybe it makes sense for other people, but for me it didn’t feel like a fair deal, so I ended up passing.

I’ve tried shopping here a few times, and pretty much everything I went in looking for was out of stock. Maybe I just have bad timing, but it definitely feels like they’re usually missing the stuff people actually want

It looks okay overall, but a lot of these styles feel like the kind of thing everyone was into years ago. Some designs are decent, but others just seem outdated to me.

Warranty support took longer than I thought it would, and I had to keep following up just to get updates. They did eventually respond, but the whole process felt unclear and ended up being extra work on my end. Overall, it wasn’t very helpful and was more frustrating than it needed to be...

Am I missing something here? I placed my order and haven’t received any status updates at all. I’m not sure if it’s still processing, shipped, or delayed, so I’m just left guessing.

I asked a few basic questions, but the staff kept giving me different answers, like they weren’t really sure themselves. It felt like they were guessing half the time. I ended up feeling kind of trapped because I needed help but didn’t feel like I could trust what I was being told. Not a very helpful experience.

i got my order from KST Kustoms and the install was kind of just okay for me. the parts seemed fine, but the instructions could’ve been a little clearer. i had to stop a few times and look stuff up just to make sure i was doing it right. it wasn’t terrible or anything, it just took longer than i expected. overall it worked out, but it definitely wasn’t as easy as i was hoping

The packaging was awful... The box showed up crushed, and the parts were just loose inside, rattling around everywhere!! There was no padding at all??? Super annoying, especially when you expect the item to arrive in decent shape.

I was excited when this finally showed up, especially after waiting longer than I expected. At first, the finish looked really nice, but it started wearing down and chipping in a few spots after just a short time. I wasn’t being rough with it or anything, just using it normally. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better. After the wait and then seeing it wear so quickly, it’s just really disappointing.

I ordered from kstkustoms.com and, to be fair, the parts themselves looked decent when they arrived. The kit had a good first impression, which made it extra impressive that they still managed to leave out some of the basic hardware.
I was missing a few bolts and washers, so the install came to a halt while I ran around trying to match everything at the store. Always fun to turn a simple project into a surprise scavenger hunt.

Maybe there was some fine print I missed, but the whole reason I checked the fitment guide was to avoid this exact situation. Support didn’t do much to clear it up either, so I’d be hesitant to trust those fitment notes again.

The cables didn’t match up with my setup the way I expected, so I had to spend some extra time reworking the wiring to make it fit. To be fair, it may work fine for other setups, but for mine it wasn’t as straightforward as I hoped.
